Meet Euan

I spent nearly 20 years climbing at top firms like Savills. I learned how to sell prime property at the highest level. But I noticed something missing.

In the corporate world, clients often become numbers. Processes become rigid. I wanted to bring “human” back into moving home, without sacrificing the premium results.

That’s why I launched Euan Williams in partnership with eXp. I wanted to build an agency where I could offer the same high-end marketing and negotiation expertise I delivered as a Director, but with the freedom to treat every client like my only client.

When you hire me, you get me. I conduct the viewings. I negotiate the offers. I chase the solicitors. You aren’t handed off to a junior negotiator on a Saturday morning.
